Confident is an unusual skill which turns Andie into some sort of unholy 
Schrödinger-
Torturer hybrid. Every day, a character may confide into the Confident to restore 2 
, but will reveal their last actions in return. The more the Confident has, the more actions will be revealed, which means that the higher maximum of Gold Mode players can be of advantage.
It remains to be seen how the skill will be utilized, but in a crew which chooses to make confiding mandatory once a day, a happy Andie can considerably hamper the Mushes' freedom to act.
The skill is unique in that it opens up a new way of interacting with the Confident to other characters, rather than the skill user themselves.
