Being a good Shrink is quite a responsibility.

Janice's core skill. Be sure to hang out in one of the dorms to keep everyone happy, drag Eleesha onto a bed to treat her Vertigo and don't forget to occasionally walk to the Engine Room and give Raluca a hug. She needs it.

Also, do not forget your own morale. Try to attend Jin Su's speeches, or claim the bananas.
