Motivator is a Derek-only skill introduced with Episode III. It introduces a new action, Boring Speech, which costs 1 and can be performed once a day. As it gives the equivalent of 1 to everyone in the room, every audience member after the first one means a net benefit.

Realistically, this will rarely mean a gain of more than ~3 per day for the crew (as people gathering to hear the speech would spend nearly as many as they get), and is thus nowhere near Logistics Expert. However, it is still a useful boost when in a pinch; especially for Terrence, whose mobility it improves considerably.

As with Leader, being Gagged probably does not affect this action. Confirm: Missing information.
