Enables permanent access to the various ships aboard the Daedalus, which are superior to turrets when it comes to eliminating hunters.
Also, Pilots will never cause accidents when starting or landing craft, and have a 30% increased base hit chance when firing from a patroller (80% instead of 50%).
Having a expedition member with this skill prevents negative landing events when exploring a planet via the Icarus even if they aren't the one initiating said expedition.
