Description:	The Firefighter has great experience which means they will always succeed when using the extinguisher. The Extinguish Fire action is always successful. Bonus for developing certain NERON projects.

A skill with situational utility. A Firefighter always succeeds at extinguishing fires, and as of Episode IV, can even attempt it without an Extinguisher, making him rather useful when they are in short supply (meaning the Mush stole or dismantled them).

Yet, if you have access to superior skills like Creative and Frugivore, you should still not use this on a Bronze or Silver character.
