Description:	The Firefighter has great experience which means they will always succeed when using the extinguisher. The Extinguish Fire action is always successful. Bonus for developing certain NERON projects.

A skill with situational utility. As of Episode IV, a Firefighter always succeeds, even without an Extinguisher. This saves him the and space to fetch/carry one, and making him rather useful when they are in short supply (meaning the Mush stole or dismantled them).

Yet, if you have access to superior skills like Creative and Frugivore, you should probably still not use this on a Bronze or Silver character.
