Astrophysicist helps you to find and analyze planets faster than any other character. Without this skill, analysis will discover only a single zone of a planet by default, but with this skill you will discover 2!
The effects stack with bonuses to scanning and analyzing from NERON projects and CPU priority, in the best case allowing an Astropysicist to scan planets for 1 
and analyze its zones 4 at a time.
