With a Strateguru on board, you sometimes outmaneuver your prosecutors, resulting in smaller waves of Hunters. And with the ever-increasing waves being among the biggest threats to otherwise successful ships, you will be glad to have this on longer journeys.
The effect does not stack if 
Stephen copies this skill, though he can serve as a backup Strateguru.
General effects
- Give you passive chance (50%) to lower the numbers in an inoming wave of Hunters (by 33%). Affects both new waves or and hunters that follow you after movement. Can be combined with the Trail Minimizer project.
