Strong skill wich close to be useless. Direct spiking usually can not be used because there is cameras and Mycoalarms. But... not always. It can combine with 
Defacer or can be used for final double convert(1-st in c8 ending, 2-nd in c1 start) before rush. Also good with 
Diplomat because you can give 3 cycles after double convert to your new allys(then they can return on-line and make some kills and return back in safe room). I see no more usage for this skill in ships with good on-line players with nice expirience of game...
