Description:	The Firefighter has great experience which means they will always succeed when using the extinguisher. The Extinguish Fire action is always successful. Bonus for developing certain NERON projects.

A skill with fairly questionable utility, this largely exists to soak up experience before more important skills like Creative and Frugivore. You should probably not use this on a Bronze or Silver character. As a Unknown Character utility pickup, however, it is somewhat decent.
