The Anti-Grav Scooter is an excellent tool for 
Eleesha, as it allows her patrol the ship frequently and easily, detecting mushy activities with her 
Observant and 
Tracker skills. However, it is an asset to any character with few 
on the move, which is why it should always be parked in a central place, like a dorm, after using it.
The Scooter also neutralizes 
Terrence's 
Disabled trait and allows him to convert 
to like any other character.
Sprinter is essentially this item in skill form; while Sprinter has no charges, the effect is the same (and does not stack with the Scooter).
The effect stacks with 
Rolling Boulder.
