This ability is secret; however, it will not be logged if you are alone with the target. It is also aggressive, which is affected by Ian's Pacifist and Chao's Crazy Eye. The target will always know who used this ability. Note that you will not receive any notification if/when the target reaches 0 . Also, Fatal Depression only occurs at the beginning of cycles.
