Raluca's signature skill. You can have up to 2 at any given time. As these points become useless once the PILGRED Reactor is functioning, the most efficient plan (time allowing) would be to work only once per day and spend your on the multiple NERON Projects that benefit from this skill.

It is worth noting that combining this skill with Technician provides an additional boost to two great defensive projects (Armored Corridors and Plasma Shield), as well as another boost to PILGRED repairs. A Bronze Raluca should be first in line for any Technician Unknown Character onboard.
