Plasma Shield

The Plasma Shield is considered as one of the best NERON Projects available.

Once the research is complete, the NERON Administrator must enable the shields from the BIOS Terminal in the Nexus. The ship will immediately be protected by a shield which starts at 50hp and takes damage instead of the ships armor.

The Shield will regenerate 5hp per cycle up to a Maximum of 100 (even under attack).

Asteroid damage and fire damage to the hull are not blocked by the Plasma Shield, nor is damage caused when a non-pilot takes off and lands.
