Raluca's signature skill. You have up to 2 at any given time and these points become useless once the PILGRED Reactor is functioning so the best plan is often to work once per day and to spend your on the multiple NERON Projects that benefit from this skill.

It's worth noting that combining this skill with Technician provides an additional boost to two great projects ((Armored Corridors and Plasma Shield) as well as PILGRED Repairs. A Bronze Raluca should be first in line for any Technician Unknown Character onboard.
