Uses
You can see the last action of a teammate, at a cost of one 
Notes
Due to the steep cost of 1 
for detecting a single suspicious action, this is too luck-based and unreliable to just randomly use on people.
As a weaker (but undetecteable) replacement for Chao's 
Torturer ability, this should only be used on strong suspects who might just have done something mushy, while there are enough sources of morale to make up for the cost.
This requires good coordination with both the investigators (
Eleesha) and morale people (
Janice), and thus is most effective on well organized and active ships.
