The left (Bravo) reactor allows the ship to turn TODO: right or left?
Passive Effect
- If one lateral reactor is broken: the cost for turning by 90° in the corresponding direction becomes 3
(for 270° the other way).
- If both lateral reactors are broken: the action is unavailable.
