Looks like MT screwed up once again, and the skill is actually Invisible. I had both the Comms Terminal and research Lab Break on a ship without announcement, both under watchful cameras, and a Mush confirmed that he could use it wherever the hell he liked. - Way to completely obsolete both 
Saboteur and 
Nimble Fingers.
