This powerful skill doesn't just increase your repair chance, it DOUBLES it. Terrence is expected to have this skill and Raluca gets a bonus to PILGRED repairs from it. Hua, Kuan Ti and Eleesha will benefit from the free Repair points but are better off using their AP elsewhere.
Notable benefits are the ability to destroy that infernal microwave and to remove one shower for Sofa parts. Removing a shower is announced by NERON so expect a lynch mob to form if you take down the second shower. Of course, they won't be able to clean up afterwards...
