Mutate is one of the default mush actions, all mush have this action available and no skill is required to unlock it.


The action costs 3 AP to trigger and is irreversible. Upon mutating the mush player will drop all of their items and lose all of their skills, both human skills and mush skills (maybe not the passive mush skills. Confirmation needed.). Also removed are some of the default actions such as extract a spore and Infect. The now mutated mush player will be unable to pick up items or speak on the public channel. Mutating will heal the player and give a bonus to unarmed attacks.
