The Water Stick is not a usable item on its own, but it unlocks two researches:
Perpetual Hydration, which is supposed to give some
Bug: Gives no
at the moment, and
Tesla SUP2X, which allows turrets to hold 2 more charges, bringing them to a maximum of 6.
Bug: Actually, a maximum of 8 charges instead
As with other Researches that require objects, the Water Stick needs to be in your inventory at the time of Research.
