This basically functions the same as the 
Alien Bottle Opener, improving repair and dismantling success rate by 50% of the base chance.
The effect stacks with that of the Alien Bottle Opener, allowing for a 100% efficiency boost with both the Adjustable Wrench and Alien Bottle Opener equipped.
