PILGRED Coffee

Hi! Why do you not consider it a bug that PILGRED coffee respawns every cycle? — Designer ividyon (talk) 13:19, 24 January 2014 (MST)

Let's flag all things that have incorrect in-game description as bugs? There are plenty of wrong descriptions in-game. — Slider2k (talk)
As far as I know, it's supposed to be at cycles 3, 5 and 7 on the French version. Twinpedia supports this. That would very much make it a bug, and what's the point of removing all references to the wrong description? — Designer ividyon (talk) 15:32, 24 January 2014 (MST)
You're right, the incorrect in-game description should be mentioned to clear any confusion. For all we know the game mechanics might have been changed, but the description stayed old. —Slider2k (talk)
Actually, do we even have an in-game description saying about coffee on cycles 3, 5 and 7 after PILGRED is done? I don't think it's right to relay info from French wiki if it's obviously incorrect for English version. —Slider2k (talk)
I faintly remember the Coffee Machine saying so after PILGRED is repaired and someone already took coffee that cycle. Not certain though. — Designer ividyon (talk) 08:41, 25 January 2014 (MST)
Just checked. It still says "This action can only be carried out once per day. It will be available again after cycle 8." even after PILGRED is repaired. —Slider2k (talk)
Are we going to have edit wars or would you please stop removing useful information about PILGRED and the coffee machine + other edits I make from the wiki already? People on the forums and the IRC chat regularly ask if the coffee is restored on cycles 3, 5 and 7, so I'd really appreciate if you could removing any mentions of that bug/wrong description/version discrepancy from the wiki pages. Thank you! — Designer ividyon (talk) 10:45, 30 January 2014 (MST)
How is that a useful information when it's adding nothing but confusion? That's why people are still asking about 3,5,7 cycles coffee - because they are not sure. I don't know what "other edits" you are complaining about. —Slider2k (talk)
It's not adding confusion when every page clearly says that, currently, PILGRED restores coffee every cycle. You've also removed the categories I added to the article for no reason, making me assume nothing but malicious intent. — Designer ividyon (talk) 16:06, 30 January 2014 (MST)

Currently the wiki more clearly states that the coffee is on 3,5,7 cycles, than the actual info about coffee on every cycle which is presented in a confusing manner. You are too eager to assume "malicious intent", disregarding my other contributions to the wiki. —Slider2k (talk)

This is where I'm going to step in and ask you, slider2k, to stop removing the coffee bug info. It's a bug. It's been stated that it's a bug. Why in god's name would they have a project to add coffee in cycle 4 if PILGRED was meant to provide coffee already in that cycle? Please leave it as is with the *correct* information and the bug tag. Spacekadt (talk) 11:03, 30 January 2014 (MST)
We don't know whether it's a bug or is it intended. If it's officially stated by developers that it's a bug, where is the reference? The wiki should describe things how they actually are. Just because French wiki states something, doesn't make it automatically true here. The fact that there is a "Fission Coffee Roaster" project doesn't prove anything. It could as well be perceived as an intermediate/temporary measure before PILGRED is repaired. —Slider2k (talk)
We do know. It's been mentioned to the devs and it has been said (I honestly don't remember where) that it *is* a bug. I expect it to be fixed at episode/season change and the wiki stating in some way that it currently gives coffee every cycle but should only be giving it in cycles 3, 5 and 7 is accurate and needs to remain that way. Spacekadt (talk) 14:53, 30 January 2014 (MST)
I will believe your words then, Spacekadt. Although, it would be nice if you can find the official devs response. So that we can source it on the page to clear any possible confusion. —Slider2k (talk)
