The most useless skill of Andy`s skillset. No this skill is really nice, but...

1. You can not detect mush with this skill. They just will not use Chitchat option.
2. No humans will use it for recover morale. If you got alive Shrink anyone will prefere then she/he Comfort or sleep in room with her/him. If you have no Shrink then they will use Shrodinger, waiting decoding signals, eating fruits, asking for speech or do thing but never Chitchat.

Deal with this. And drop it if you got lv5.
