We need someone who reads French (or willing to use some translation tool) to update all the % probabilities of the zones.

I suggest using a table-based template. E.g.:
Instead of this...
Have this instead...
Template:ZoneInfo4
Note: There may be a 1% chance of "Nothing Happening" with the Babel Module
