The MycoAlarm is an item that can only be obtained by through the research with the same name. The research creates 5 new MycoAlarms in the Laboratory.
MycoAlarm are instruments, like all instruments they provide a passive effect when on the shelf of a room. A mycoAlarm will displays an alert in the room logs if a mush infects someone in that room (see image provided). This alert will show only the time of the infection, it does not give names or any other specific details. MycoAlarms may be handled by mush players without causing the alarm to go off (image provided).
Some facts
MycoAlarm continue to work when hidden.
MycoAlarm do not have any effect while in a player's inventory (human or mush).
