If Chun is alive (and chose Mankind's last hope) then your morale loss will be zero! A great skill to choose if you want to idle in bridge and sap all of Paola's logistics AP.
It's an okay skill for a silver Kuan Ti, but he gets much more benefit from Technician or Astrophysicist. Roland has the same problem as the Pilot/Shooter combo gives him everything he needs to do his job.
