Each Dose of Anabolics gives 8 when consumed. This can be useful to characters who need to move around a lot, for instance 
Eleesha during the Mush hunt, or 
Terrence when traveling through empty rooms. Most useful if another character is already holding the 
Anti-Grav Scooter or it's out of charges.
