THE List has a bunch to do with the 
Tracker skill, not the item, since that is the skill which produces it. Currently we have info about THE list on the Tracker skill page, but this will be remedied when its own article is made. For now, I changed the redirect to link to the skill page, rather than the disambiguation. —
