Arguably the core Gioele skill, taking this skill doubles the AP gain of coffee to 4 
. The coffee machine initially refills at Cycle 1, but the NERON project Fission Coffee Roaster causes it to refill at Cycle 4 as well. Repairing the PILGRED causes the machine to refill on Cycles 3, 5 and 7. All up, this allows one coffee to be produces on Cycles 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7. That's five units of coffee for a total of 20 per day.
