Good idea to separate conditions and events.
We could put the conditions column to the right, so it is clear what things refer to, e.g. "a character gains 1ap" [if] "character is lying down".
But I would keep the name "notification" for the second column (to make it include Neron announcements...I'll probably make a template to have a nice-looking column).
